Fun Night At the United Center

Spent the whole day at the United Center watching my brother play basketball for his senior year of high school with my family. Lucky enough, we had court side seats to cheer my brother on, even if I know NOTHING about basketball… Definitely deserved a win, but ended up with a loss.

What’s My Favorite Art Form?…TATTOOS

Be ready for a long post!

I love tattoos! Growing up in a household where both of my parents love tattoos and have multiple tats was great. I grew up with two parents who were incredibly open and supportive with everything and anything me and my brother wanted to do. I have two parents that have always supported me with my tattoos and my piercings even when I was 15 and got my belly button pierced, or when I got my first tattoo at 16…

At 16 I got my first tattoo, my mama took me to Indiana just so I could get a tattoo because in Illinois you must be 18 to get a tattoo. From my 16th birthday, to the time I was 20 I got a total of 9 tattoos, and ideally I would of have many more than 9 buttttttt should probably wait until I have a set career, oh well…

Below I am going to give the reasoning behind each tattoo, so stay tuned and read along!

Tattoo #1: My first, you never forget your first..and I NEVER will. This tattoo hurt like a bitch, especially when I didn’t know what to expect. I found this design on Pinterest…on a rock…but hey I still love it! img_4753

Tattoo #2: I got this on my eighteenth birthday, since thats when I legally could in Illinois. When I was 15 I wrote “enjoy life” on a piece of paper and then knew I wanted to get it as a tattoo, so when I turn eighteen, I did! And then, my mama got the same matching one on her foot also! img_4758

Tattoo #3: I got this tattoo, honestly because I wanted too. I am throughly addicted to tattoos, but anyway it is the astrology sign for my father, my brother, my mother, and then mine! (also by the way, it is on my ribcage, I just didn’t have a good picture of it).img_4769

Tattoo #4: I got these two at the same time, which is why I am putting them with each other. I got a matching sun tattoo with my best friend from high school, who I actually do not talk to anymore but that’s alright!

Tattoo #5: THIS IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE TATTOO I HAVE, IT IS DEFINITELY A CLOSE SECOND TO TATTOO #7. I AM A HUGE SUPPORTER OF GAY MARRIAGE, AND EQUALITY FOR ALL. THEREFORE, I GOT AN EQUAL SIGN ON MY FINGER. WHEN I SAW THIS TATTOO HURT LIKE A MOTHER, I MEAN IT! I CAN’T EVEN GET IT TOUCHED UP BECAUSE IT HURT SO SO SO BAD!

Tattoo #6: Now this tattoo means a lot to me because its a matching tattoo with my father. Now, his tattoo is in the same spot but it doesn’t look as girly and dainty, his is some dark and scary font. Relentless 100% describes my father, and I love having a matching tattoo with my dad! img_4757

Tattoo #7: Now this is the one I call my “gang tat” because it’s in the same spot you would think a gang tat would be at…EUNOIA means beautiful thinking, I got this because I need to remember to think beautiful thoughts because sometimes I think the absolute WORST. Also, this tattoo hurt the least out of all of them…img_4754

Tattoo #8: I got this tattoo because it is lyrics and the title to one of my favorite songs and by one of my favorite artists, Lust for Life by Lana Del Rey. This tattoo hurt almost as bad as my finger tattoo, which is super shocking but I love it! I also got tattoo #8 and #9 as graduation gifts from my boyfriend when I graduated from junior college. So I love these tattoos a little more than normal.

Tattoo #9: I love this tattoo (and yes, i know I say I love all of my tattoos, but I really do). My mama has always called me cutie, my entire life..ALWAYS. So, of course I wanted to get it permanently on my body!

Deals, Deals and DEALS

Are these not the absolute most ADORABLE boots you have ever seen?! What makes them even cuter, is the price! No one will ever guess where I got these from and how much I paid for them. I bought them from the one and only Wally World! That’s right, Walmart baby! On top of that, I snagged them for only 20 dollars, a whole TWENTY DOLL HAIRS as my boyfriend would say.

NOW THAT IS A DEAL!!!
